To Buns of Butter Video
This low-impact routine works both the arm and leg muscles. During this routine, make sure you keep your back straight while you lift your ice creams!!


Preparation

Supplies:
2 large tubs of ice cream (24 oz)
1 large pole (at least 4 feet long)
1 Ball of String or yarn.


Preparation:
Wrap string or yarn on the ends of the pole. Wrap until string is at least 1/2 inch thick.

Substitute:
Use a broom stick or mop for your pole. Use buckets and fill them with cleaning supplies or leftovers instead of using tubs of ice cream.
