This high-intensity routine works the arm and legs, and raises the heart rate. You do different dance steps while spinning donuts on sticks.


Preparation

Supplies:
1-5 frozen donuts that are well frozen
2 dowel rods or sticks that have a 1/2" diameter
1 roll of masking tape

Preparation:
On each dowel rod, wrap one end of the stick with masking tape until a ball 2" in diameter is formed.

Substitute:
Instead of donuts use apples or lemons with holes drilled into them.


The Routine

NOTE: If your donuts break during the routine, just put new ones on your sticks. You should be spinning your donuts the whole routine!
