Butter is important to the Buns of Butter workout. Why not make your own butter and put it in your Butter holster belt?
After doing the Butter Butt routine and doing the cooldown, try eating the butter on your favorite bread.
There is nothing quite like homemade butter!

Let's make butter!

You will need:
salt
a container of cream (liquid kind- full cream)
a clean pint-sized jar with a top
a small strainer or sieve
a spatula
a small bowl

Pour the cream into your jar. Put the cover on your jar and make sure it is tight.

Shake the jar! Keep shaking. After a while you will see the butter start to form. Shake until the lump of butter doesn't seem to be getting any bigger. Pour the mixture into your strainer or sieve, and pour out the liquid which is butter milk.

Transfer your lump of butter into a bowl. Add salt to taste.

You have Butter!
Put it into your butter belt, or try it on some bread!
